The Ethics & the Common Good Project with Relational Uprising invite you to join us for a unique collaborative change-making retreat, a 2.5 day fully funded training opportunity. We’ll make space to explore the escalating social, political, and environmental challenges we’re facing, individually and collectively. We’ll learn to create the conditions for radical networks of support, cultivating our collective capacity for complexity, connection, leadership, and action.

Imagine and practice with us more generative and equitable ways of relating to ourselves, each other, and our community at Hampshire. Through storytelling, empathic listening, and embodied practices, we will learn to shift the cultures of our communities away from isolation, competition and judgment, and toward cultures of equity, interdependence, resilience, and abundance. From this retreat, we hope to equip and empower participants with the skills, practices, relationships, and frameworks to actively engage in cultivating an ethic of solidarity and care, on campus and in all our communities.
