- Corine Tachtiris, Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow in Translation, will be reading an excerpt from the Czech novella Temná Láska (Dark Love) by Alexandra Berková
- Nathalie Arnold Koenings, Associate Professor of Fiction Writing, will be reading an excerpt from the Zanzibari mystery novel Mwana wa Yungi Hulewa (If Even the Spirit Child) by Mohammed Said Abdalla
- Patricia Hartland, Hampshire College student, will be reading from Martinican Raphaël Confiant’s memoir “Ravines du devant-jour” (Ravines of Early Morning), translated from Creolicized French.
