Workshops in the Library and Knowledge Commons!
The Library & Knowledge Commons is hosting a series of workshops throughout November & December, open to all students, staff, & faculty. Each workshop will run twice, and snacks and/or lunch will be available, depending on the timing of the session. The workshops will all take place in the Knowledge Commons Classroom, on the main floor of the library, near the elevators.
Zotero Workflow and Tips: Save yourself hours of tedious work by using Zotero to organize, annotate, and cite your sources. The librarians will help you get started and/or troubleshoot!

HC Archives Presents: The History of Student Publications — In this workshop you will learn how to find rare and unique materials using the College Archives student publications collection. We will explore physical resources, as well as discuss strategies for conducting archival research.

Library A-Z: Librarians will present a quick pecha-kucha-style introduction to all collections, spaces, & services offered by the library, perfect for new folks (and a great refresher for the rest of us!).

Make Google Tools Work For You: Find out how to make the most of G Suite (docs, sheets, slides, etc), with Instructional Technologist Gaby Richard-Harrington.

(It’s best to bring a laptop, and knowledge of the applicable login info, to the workshops for Zotero and Google’s G Suite.)
