As part of the Experiments in the Commons series of programs that the Creativity Center has been hosting, we are holding a lunch hour zine-making workshop on Monday, December 9th in the Airport Lounge.  We’ll be giving a brief introduction to zines, showing examples from Hampshire’s zine collection & will then demonstrate how to make a mini-zine.  Supplies & snacks will be provided!  Please stop by!  The workshop will be held from 12-1pm, & participants are encouraged to donate a completed copy of the zine to the zine collection afterwards!

A digital copy of the Sex-Ed Comic Zine that was created by participants of the Graphic Content: Transforming Sex Ed with Comics workshop at the library on April 6th, 2013 is available to Hampshire College community members on DSpace.  The original print copy is available in the library’s archives – & is really big!  It’s 16” x 20”, by far the largest zine we have!
