An interactive workshop with members from the Boston Ujima Project
Join us for an interactive workshop with members of the Boston Ujima Project on their work strengthening local economic control and recentering economic power in low income communities and communities of color in Greater Boston. They are organizing their own communities by building their savings, businesses, and customers to grow local wealth and meet their own needs. Learn more about alternative and solidarity economies, and how the Boston Ujima Project is leveraging the power of investing to effect positive social and economic change within their community. This event is part of a series on Solidarity Economies in collaboration with Hampshire Entrepreneurship and Community Partnerships for Social Change.
