I still have my copy of the 1970 Hampshire catalog, and I’d be happy to donate to the archive if anybody wants it! I was admitted in 1970 thru deferred admission and arrived at Hampshire the following year. —Paul Schalow F’71

I still have a copy of that 1970 Hampshire College catalog in pristine condition. I just ran across it the other day as I was sifting through ancient treasures. I also found an original, first year Frog Book also in brand new condition. Maybe these hoarder tendencies come in handy once in a while.

If you have copies (especially, though not necessarily, those in pristine condition) of early admission brochures, inaugural programs, please contact the Alumni Office to ask to whom you could donate them. There must be a person at the college who is either the official archivist, or who is charged with cataloguing important archival donations, but I don’t know who that would be.
