Zero House: a carbon-smart building

So what does a carbon-smart building look like? One example is Zero House, a fully modular, prefabricated building designed and built by The Endeavour Centre and students and faculty of the Architectural Science program at Ryerson University. True to its name, Zero House is net zero energy, zero carbon footprint, and zero construction waste.
