Application/Info Session: December 9th
Submit Google Form (Application) by January 1st — Extended to January 5th
Tentative Schedule sent out via email January 13th
If you don’t like your assigned exhibition slot, try to negotiate switching with your peers. If you are able to switch, applicable parties must email Ray a confirmation by end of day January 20th.
Finalized Schedule will be sent out January 29th
Submit your Exhibition Details (Name, Title, Reception time) by March 15th
