It&#8217;s much better to test ahead of time than to get stuck with a technical problem in front of a class full of students!<\/p>\n<h3>Please\u00a0invite or bring your TA along.<\/h3>\n<p>All the classroom setups are status-quo from last year. All classroom-related help calls should now go to the IT Help Desk instead of Media Services.<\/p>\n<h3>During business hours (8:30-4:30), you can call the <strong>Help Desk<\/strong> for immediate assistance: <strong>413-559-5418<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>To report a non-urgent classroom issue or request a training, please submit an IT Ticket on theHub.
