“Magical Transformation” is the best way to describe changes that have been made on the \u00a0 library’s 2nd floor lobby space.<\/p>\n

The Robert Seydel Reading Room is coming to life. And Hampshire alum Mike Meo, of Maryann Thompson Architects, is making it happen.<\/p>\n

The rose-hued carpet that you see in this old photo (top left) has been replaced by the underneath concrete floor, shined and sealed (top right, bottom left)<\/p>\n

The carpet was removed, the floor was polished, to provide our reading room the sophistication of a polished concrete floor<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
