About TEDxHampshireCollege

The idea for TEDxHampshireCollege was first proposed during an all-community visioning session held in 2011 as part of the College’s strategic planning process. Hampshire student Chema Caillet-Bois 11S then spearheaded the creation of the event during a social entrepreneurship course he took the following semester. A small organizing committee of staff, faculty, and students came together to assist in the planning.
