We have heard from several students who are having trouble accessing the https://netreg.hampshire.edu page, and are therefore blocked from using our wireless networks. The problem is often related to either DNS or proxy settings on the computer. The IT help desk can set up an appointment with you to help out–just email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 413.559.5418. You can also take your chances dropping by the Student Diagnostic Center on the 3rd floor of the Library, but we’re not fully staffed so the hours are limited.
Also, remember that you have to register every device that you want to use on the wireless network. This includes phones, tablets, and internet TV devices. If you’re having trouble, start by contacting the help desk or student diagnostic center.
