A selection of high school art from Massachusetts chapters of the National Art Honor Society (NAHS)

This exhibition features the work of high school students from National Art Honor Society chapters across Massachusetts. NAHS chapters are affiliated with the Massachusetts Art Education Association and the National Art Education Association. In 1978, the National Art Education Association began the NAHS program to inspire and recognize high school students who have shown an outstanding ability and interest in art. The program supports members in their efforts to attain the highest standards in art scholarship, character, and service, and to bring art education to the attention of the school and community.
The exhibition forms part of the 2017 Massachusetts Art Education Association conference Art Education: Shaping Human Potential, which takes place at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, November 11-12, 2017.
