Project Description

The Embodied Leadership Project is a leadership education hub that operates out of Hampshire College.

We model a framework for leadership development that integrates indigenous wisdom and current research in social neurobiology.

We use a definition of leadership that is rooted in aligning relationship with self, community, and earth.

We work with Hampshire College to research the ways that our model can support work being done through The Ethics and The Common Good Program, Student Life, and Academic Affairs to develop: relational leadership,  a culture of wellness that recognizes and nourishes intersectionality, and a deeper sense of communal safety & support on campus.
