Continue the conversation with a workshop and discussion on T<strong>uesday, September 25th<\/strong> from <strong>12-2pm<\/strong> at the <strong>Hitchcock Center for the Environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"single-context\">\n<div class=\"single-content\">\n<p>Jacqueline Patterson is Director of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.naacp.org\/issues\/environmental-justice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NAACP Environmental and Climate Justice Program<\/a>, the organization\u2019s largest program. She has worked in many capacities on many issues including, women\u2019s rights, violence against women, HIV\/AIDS, racial justice, economic justice, and environmental and climate justice. In 2007, she co-founded Women of Color United, an organization that connects women of color in the United States to women abroad.<\/p>\n<p>Jacqui received a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, and a Master\u2019s degree in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins University.
