Reflection: I found it really interesting to listen to Mrs. Sheridan’s experience teaching during the pandemic. I’d been curious about how my hometown’s school district was handling the pandemic, and I was glad to hear that it’s going well so far. I was a little surprised that Mrs. Sheridan seemed so excited to have everyone back at school, but in retrospect, it doesn’t seem so surprising, given how well the school has handled the pandemic. It sounded like the spring transition to online learning was a bit rough at first, so I can see why people are eager to return to somewhat-normal.
