Reflection: I believe this interview went well. Overall, I got very thorough, in-depth answers to the questions that I posed, and I think that I got a good overview of Heidi’s experience in the pandemic. As I see it, that experience seems to be pretty close to what I expected. Her appointments have generally decreased since the beginning of the pandemic, and there were minor issues with the supply chain at the beginning of the pandemic. I learned a couple of things during this interview. I learned that some of the supply issues to smaller practices was intentional. I was also surprised by the fact that there were very few patients who chose telehealth.
