Bookmark project for Al-Mutanabbi Street
On Monday September 7, a group of new first-year students came to the library gallery to join the Bookmark Project. Exploring the exhibition, Al Mutanabbi Street Starts Here, the students made bookmarks which expressed their responses to the works on exhibit and then sent them out into their world – leaving them in a café, in a library book, giving them to a friend. The idea is to connect as many people as possible to the exhibition.
